Waiver:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in classes at Master Pilates PTY LTD ABN 34672952822 ("Master Pilates"), I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that classes at Master Pilates may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of the risks of personal injury, property loss, or death.

  2. Waiver and Release: I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims against Master Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I release, waive, and discharge Master Pilates and its members from any liability arising from my participation in classes.

  3. Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that Master Pilates is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

  4. Emergency Procedures: I agree to adhere to the emergency procedures outlined by Master Pilates in case of injury or emergency during classes.

  5. Code of Conduct: I acknowledge and agree to comply with the code of conduct set forth by Master Pilates during classes.

  6. Non-Discrimination: I agree to participate in classes at Master Pilates under the understanding of its commitment to providing an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment for all participants.

  7. Updates to Terms: I understand that it is my responsibility to regularly check for updates to these terms and conditions as communicated by Master Pilates.

This agreement is construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Victoria and Commonwealth of Australia and constitutes a waiver and release of liability for personal injury. This agreement pertains to participation in any Pilates exercise or instruction given or supervised by Master Pilates PTY LTD or any of its employees or contractors (jointly and severally “Master Pilates”), whether in Master Pilates’ Studio, at any other location, or via online platforms.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Policy: I understand and agree to the 24-hour cancellation policy of Master Pilates.

Cancellation Terms: I understand there is a 24-hour cancellation policy at Master Pilates. If I need to cancel the session I have booked within 24 hours of the session, I understand I will still need to pay for the full cost of the session.

To assist you in avoiding any late cancellation fees, you will receive a reminder email for each session that you are booked into, at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel, you can reply to the email or go online to cancel.
